These terms are the agreement between you and Call1v1 for using call1v1.com and the Call1v1 web app. By using Call1v1 you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. Who can use Call1v1
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms where you live. You’re responsible for what happens on your account, including a guest account, and for keeping any sign-in details private.
2. How you behave on a call
Call1v1 only works if people treat each other decently. You agree not to:
- show sexual content or nudity to someone who hasn’t agreed to it, or involve anyone under 18 in any way;
- harass, threaten, bully or hate on anyone, including for their race, religion, gender, sexuality or nationality;
- record, screenshot or share another person’s call without their permission, except to report abuse to us;
- scam people, ask for money, gifts or payment details, or advertise and spam;
- pretend to be someone else, or use the service for anything illegal;
- interfere with the service, use bots or automated tools, or try to get around a block or ban.
Our Community Guidelines spell these rules out in more detail. If someone breaks them, end the call and report them from their profile. We review reports and may warn, restrict or remove accounts.
3. Coins and purchases
New users get free matches to try Call1v1. After that, calls use coins. Coins are a licence to use paid features inside Call1v1; they have no cash value, can’t be transferred or exchanged for money, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases are processed by our payment providers under their own terms. Our Coins & Refund Policy explains when a purchase can be refunded.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the profile details, photos and messages you add. You give us permission to host, display and transmit them as needed to run Call1v1. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share.
5. Other users
Calls are with people you don’t know. We can’t guarantee who anyone is, what they say, or that any particular person will be available. Be careful about what you share, and never send money to someone you met on a call.
6. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk, with or without notice. You can stop using Call1v1 at any time.
7. The service “as is”
We work to keep Call1v1 running well, but it’s provided “as is”: calls can drop, features can change and the service may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the behaviour of other users.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Call1v1 after an update means you accept the new terms.
