About Call1v1
One call. Two people. That’s the whole idea.
Call1v1 is a 1v1 video call site. Every call has exactly two people on it — you and one other person — on video or voice, right in your browser. No rooms, no audience, no feed. The name is the product description.

Call · 1 · v · 1
Four pieces, one promise. If a feature doesn’t serve one of these, it doesn’t belong on Call1v1. (However you type it — Call1v1, Call 1v1, 1v1 Call or Call1-1 — it’s the same site, at call1v1.com.)
- Call
A call, not a feed
Video or voice, face to face. Not a feed to scroll, not a chat thread that goes quiet.
- 1
You
No profile to polish first, no form to fill in. Tap Start and you’re in.
- v
Face to face
Two people facing each other — the conversation is the whole point.
- 1
One other person
Never a room, never an audience. One person at a time, every time.
What we believe
Five rules every call on Call1v1 follows
Most video chat sites grow by adding more: more people per room, more buttons, more ways to pay. We went the other way. Call1v1 does one thing — a one-on-one call with someone new — and these five rules decide everything else on the site.
“A call should have two people on it.”
- 01
Two people is the right size
Group rooms split everyone’s attention. A call with one person gets all of it — so every call on Call1v1 is one on one, by design.
- 02
Easy to start
No download, no sign-up form, no phone number. The first call should be one tap away, on whatever device you’re holding.
- 03
Easy to leave
Hanging up should never be awkward. End any call instantly, no explanation owed — and match again when you’re ready.
- 04
Honest about “free”
Free to start means exactly that: free matches for new users, then coins. We don’t promise unlimited free calls we can’t keep.
- 05
Respect on both ends
The other person can hang up, report and block just as easily as you can. Good calls happen when both people want to be there.
Straight answers
What Call1v1 is — and what it isn’t
Call1v1 is
- Private 1v1 video and voice calls
- A random match, or someone you pick from the online list
- Right in your browser — iPhone, Android or desktop
- Free to start, then coins when you want more calls
- For adults 18 and over
Call1v1 isn’t
- A group video room or a live broadcast
- A place to swap phone numbers or move to WhatsApp
- An app you have to download from a store
- A subscription you have to keep paying
- Unlimited and free — we won’t say it if it isn’t true
How it works
From one tap to a one-on-one call
Two ways in: a random match with whoever’s free right now, or pick someone from the online list and call them directly. Either way, it ends in a private call between two people.
- Step 1
Tap Start
A guest account is set up for you in the background. No form.
- Step 2
Video or voice
Camera and mic, or mic only. Switch your camera off any time.
- Step 3
One person, one call
Stay while it’s good. Follow them to call again, or hang up and match again.

The mark
A handset, and one other person
Our mark is a white handset on a teal tile, with a single rose dot in the corner. The handset is the call. The dot is the one other person on it — never a crowd, never a counter. Even our colours are named after what they do:
- Answer teal
#14B8A6The colour of the answer button — every call starts here. - The other one
#FF4D8DThe rose dot on our mark: the one other person on your call. - Late-call ink
#070A10A dark screen, because most good calls happen in the evening.
What it costs
Call1v1 is free to start: new users get free matches to try it, with no card and no sign-up form. After those, calls use coins you top up when you want them. There’s no subscription you have to keep paying, and starting as a guest or reporting someone never costs anything.
Are free video call apps really free?Keeping calls decent
Call1v1 is for adults 18 and over. Every call can be ended instantly. If someone is rude, explicit without consent or seems underage, open their profile from your call history and choose Report; Block stops them reaching you again. Never send money to anyone you met on a call.
