American random video call: a note on time zones
Plenty of people search for an American random video call, and if you’re in the US you can use Call1v1 any time. We won’t pretend we can match you with Americans, though — random matching doesn’t filter by country, and the person who picks up may be anywhere.
What helps is knowing the clock on the other side. Plenty of the people on Call1v1 — including everyone pictured on this page — are in Latin America, and much of it sits within one to three hours of US time. A US evening is an evening there too, which tends to make for relaxed calls. Many speak Spanish; a simple “hola” is a good opener, and English often works fine.

Is the random video call free?
It’s free to start. New users get free matches, with no card and no sign-up form. After that, calls use coins you top up yourself. There’s no subscription required, and we don’t offer unlimited free calls.
Can I choose a girl, a guy or a country in random video call?
Not in random matching — random means anyone who’s free right now. If you want to choose who you call, open the online list instead and call someone directly from their profile.
Can I get an American random video call?
We can’t promise who you’ll match with, including which country they’re in. If you’re in the US, you can call any time; just know the person on the other end may be somewhere else entirely — often in Latin America, where many clocks are close to US time.
Is there a random video call app?
You don’t need one. Call1v1 runs in your phone or computer browser. Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen with its own icon, like an app.
Can I do a random video chat with strangers without signing up?
Yes. A guest account is created for you in the background the first time you tap Start, so there’s no form. Add an email later only if you want to keep your follows and call history.
What if a stranger is rude on a random call?
Hang up straight away — you never owe anyone a call. Then open their profile from your call history and report or block them.
Who can use random video call on Call1v1?
Adults aged 18 and over only. If someone on a call seems underage, end the call and report them.
